Recently some unexpected errors occurred while updating, adding or importing transactions from Citi Bank accounts. Deactivate & Reactivate Citi Bank Accounts-
Despite waiting for couple of days, if the error is persisting, then you would have to refresh your Citi Bank account connection in Quicken app. You can also try to fetch the data information from the bank website in Quicken using “Web Connect” method. If you cannot fetch the data yet-
- Open Quicken Application
- Select Tools and access Account List
- Select Citi Bank Account and click Edit button
- Click on Online Service tab and Deactivate
- Carefully repeat the process to deactivate each Citi Bank account
- Now exit Quicken application
Now open Quicken application and check for available release update-
In Windows– Tap on Help Section and click on Check for updates
In Mac- Tap on Quicken button in the menu bar and click on Check for updates
