Recently thousands of customers got troubled while downloading transactions from Chase bank. Quicken developers have been working consistently to make their services even better. Many customers called Chase customer service and got transferred to Quicken customer support because they had nothing to do with this problem.
There are timely updates Quicken engineers making to enhance the security & performance of Quicken applications. If you are unable to download Chase transactions yet, then refresh your account settings. Also remember, if you have already tried activating your Chase bank accounts more than 4-5 times, then wait for 24 hours and try again.
Refresh your Chase accounts by deactivating them-
- Open Quicken App
- Click on Tools in the menu bar
- Select Accounts List
- Deactivate all Chase bank accounts one by one and exit application
- Repeat the same process and active all Chase accounts
- Now check and confirm if everything is working well
Remember that Chase Bank may ask you to additionally verify by sending a secure code, which could be retrieved by logging in to online banking.
- Visit www.chase.com and login your account
- Access left-side Menu Bar
- Under Connect with Chase select Secure Message
- Find Secure Code and apply in Quicken application
Despite refreshing Chase account settings, if you cannot download the transactions yet, then contact Quicken Customer Service and let them help you further.
If this issue is persisting for more than few days, then check for available release update on your Quicken application. Also, if your application is older than Quicken 2016, will not probably work. In that case you can resolve this problem by simply upgrading Quicken.
Whenever this type of problem takes place in Quicken applications, you can wait for 24 hours and try performing the same task again. Temporary service disruption can make you anxious about your application, but that is not at all matter to worry about.
