Step 1: Close Background Programs
If you are experiencing prompt error code 7024, it may be because some programs are running in the background and are not compatible with each other. You can turn them off by following these steps:
- Open Task Manager to view running programs
- Click “Process” and you can stop them one by one by following the instructions
- Keep an eye on the error message every time you close a program
- Once you have identified the program that is causing the problem, reinstall it to resolve the issue.
Step 2: Re-install the problematic program
