Step 1 – Deactivate Account

Step 2 – Go to the bank’s website
- Open your web browser and go to the official website of your bank
- Connect to your online bank
- Click the link, known as a QFX file, to download your web login data in Quake.
- You will be asked to enter your account details or use an existing account. Enter specific details to continue.
- Once you are done, click Continue. Your account information will be transferred from your bank’s website to Quicken.
- After doing so, open Quicken and go to “Account Register” and manually accept your recently uploaded transactions into the Quicken register.
